How the calculation works
For a 1000 sqft 2 BHK with kitchen + 2 bathrooms full re-plumb: supply line (CPVC, Astral) at ₹65/sqft of impacted area (~250 sqft) = ₹16k; drainage at ₹45/sqft = ₹11k; fittings per bathroom ₹35–80k × 2; kitchen plumbing rework ₹15–35k. Total: ₹1.4–2.7 lakh.
