How the calculation works
Standalone WiFi for a 2 BHK: 25 smart switches ₹4k each = ₹1 lakh + 6 smart curtains ₹15k each = ₹90k + 4 smart ACs ₹5k IR controller each = ₹20k. Total: ₹2.1 lakh. Wired Lutron in same 2 BHK: ₹8–12 lakh including controller, scene modules, motorised systems and install.
