How the calculation works
Cabinetry = ₹ per Rft × Rft. For an 11 Rft L-shape: PVC ₹12k–20k, laminate ₹16.5k–27.5k, membrane ₹20k–33k, acrylic ₹27.5k–50k, PU ₹38.5k–71.5k. Add countertop (₹800–1400/Rft for granite, ₹1400–2400 for quartz), accessories (₹15k–35k) and appliances if selected.
Why this estimate is more accurate
The biggest L-shape pricing trap is paying for "extra" feet you don't actually need. Many builders count the corner cabinet twice or quote on shutter sqft instead of Rft. Anchoring on a real Rft-based number protects you from that.
