Foyer elements (20 pts): plant + mirror placement correct — full. Total 0–100 score with top 3 actionable remedies.
Why this estimate is more accurate
Main-door Vastu issues found post-possession have very limited remedies (door can't easily be moved). The calculator helps you screen apartments at site-visit stage — Vastu-compliant homes typically command 5–12% premium in resale, so this matters financially too.
