How the calculation works
Score = sum of factor weights × compliance. Stove in south-east facing east (perfect, +30 pts) vs north-east facing north (major dosha, -25 pts). Sink in north-east (ideal, +20) vs next to stove (-15). Output: a 0–100 Vastu score and the 2–3 cheapest changes that raise it most.
Why this estimate is more accurate
Vastu remedies in kitchen are usually cheap (₹5–25k for stove or sink relocation during renovation) but expensive when retrofitted post-finish (₹50k–1.5 lakh). Knowing what to fix before tile-down stage saves serious money.
